Instructions for Removing the Front Bumper

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006
Part: Front bumper

To remove the front bumper, you must first take off the front turn signal and the headlight. Locate the hole on the edge of the fender where you can insert a screwdriver to unscrew the turn signal mounting screw. Then detach the trim located just below the headlight before moving on to the four headlight mounting pins. Repeat the same operation on the other side. Next, unscrew the screws that secure the lower edge of the bumper to the splash guard and the pins located centrally, perpendicular to the bumper, that secure it to the frame. Once freed, detach the sides from the fender edges and complete the removal.
