How to Change the Headlight Bulb in a BMW X1?

To replace the headlight bulbs in the BMW X1, you do not need to disassemble the entire headlight assembly. You can perform the replacement by reaching into the engine compartment after opening the hood to access the rear cover of the headlight. This cover must be removed; otherwise, you cannot access the bulb socket. Once the cover is removed, pull out the bulb socket you need and replace the burnt-out bulb with a new one. The type of bulb required is specified in the vehicle's manual. If you have lost it, you can go to an auto parts store with the old bulb and show it to purchase a new one with the same specifications.
