To replace the front grilles on a BMW 3 Series, simply detach the retaining clips that hold these components in their housing: they are not secured by screws or rivets, but solely by these internal clips. Start by releasing the clips at the top of each grille, then proceed to those at the bottom; this will allow you to completely remove the grilles from their housings. Now you can insert the new replacement parts, securing them with the appropriate clips inside their housings.
