How to Replace the Rear Brake Pads on a BMW X3?

In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the rear brake pads on a BMW X3. First, lift one side of the vehicle with a jack, then remove the wheel, disconnect the connector located at the back of the caliper, and remove the two bolts indicated with a 15mm wrench.

Next, extract the pads and insert the replacements.

If the vehicle is equipped with an electronic parking brake, remove the corresponding motor as shown in the video, rotate the mechanism fully clockwise, and push the piston back into the cylinder using a clamp. Finally, reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure and repeat the operation on the opposite side.
