Today's guide will show you the steps to remove and replace the rear differential on the BMW 3 Series. First, raise the vehicle and start disconnecting and removing the control arm, using a socket wrench with an extension to unscrew the securing bolts; then, disconnect the front axle by unscrewing the additional bolts found at the base, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the bolts securing the rear differential, disconnecting the electrical wiring to remove it and replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure!
