To replace the rear speakers in a BMW 3 Series, located near the rear shelf, you need to fully raise the headrests of the rear seats. Once the headrests are raised, use a tool like a screwdriver to pry off the speaker cover.

After removing the cover, locate the speaker assembly secured by screws. By unscrewing these screws, you can pull the speaker out of its housing, disconnect the connectors, and replace it with a new part.
