Operation: How to change the cabin air filter on the BMW Z4

Changing the cabin air filter on the BMW Z4 is not easy because it is located in a hard-to-reach place. But let's see how to do it; we need to go under the glove compartment. First, unscrew the two screws that hold up the compartment. Then, there are three more screws under the dashboard, pull the plastic towards us (not downwards) and remove the plugs. Now let's see the filter cover, pull it towards us and remove the dirty filter. Clean the dust and dirt from the compartment with a blast of compressed air. Place the new filter in its place, keeping in mind that the arrow should always be pointing downwards. Snap the cover back into place, and reassemble the plastics, putting the plugs back in and then the screws. The job is done.

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
