How do you reset the Service light on the BMW X1?

Model: BMW X1 E84 - Years 2009-2015

To reset the Service indicator of the BMW X1, you need to turn on the instrument panel by inserting the ignition key and pressing the appropriate button next to the steering column. Once the panel is on, you can hold down the button located at the bottom left of the panel to access the menu. By lowering the lever on the left side of the steering wheel, you can scroll through the menu until you find the option displaying the remaining kilometers until the next service. Then, you must hold down the BC button on this lever to reset the Service indicator.
