Removing a Fuel Line Connector with Pressure Lock

Model: BMW Serie 5 E39 - Years 1995-2003

Open the hood of the engine compartment. Locate the connector to remove in the engine. Choose the connector and pump with the same specifications as the old ones, ensuring they are suitable for replacement. Now select the appropriate tool for removal (a plastic element that fits the connector and allows for safe extraction), insert it into the hose before the connector, and push it toward the connector to remove it. At this point, use the new connector, insert it into the hose until it is securely fastened. The maintenance operation shown in the images is performed on a BMW 5 Series.
