Follow these step-by-step instructions to remove and replace the steering angle sensor on the BMW 5 Series. First, get inside the vehicle and start by removing the steering wheel and its airbag; disconnect the electrical connector and remove the central steering wheel bolt, as shown in the video.

Next, remove the screws from the sensor and disconnect the wiring to take out the steering angle sensor from the steering column; perform the repair or directly replace it, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
