After removing the body part in question, which is the front bumper, you can observe the affected orange reflector on the right or left side.

Use a combined lever action with outward pressure to remove the affected reflector and install the intact and new one. Now, just reattach the bumper.

The tyre pressure warning light displayed on the instrument cluster of the Kia Rio can be reset by inflating the tyres until they reach the recommended pressure value: this value is indicated on the sticker affixed to the driver's door pillar.
