First, it is advisable to cover the front tires with durable plastic to avoid damaging the tire. Once that is done, you can start removing the bumper.

Begin by opening the hood of your vehicle. Next, on the sides of the hood, there will be 4 bolts on each side; remove the bolts.

Pull gently, being careful of the electrical connections. Take the new part, connect the relevant wires, and start installing your new bumper.
