Today's guide will show us the process of disassembling and replacing the battery of the BMW X5 key remote. First, we take our remote and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then we use the slot created to open our remote in two parts, thus accessing the electronic board and the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type and with the same code; we insert it in the correct direction and then assemble the two parts of the remote.
