How do you remove the front seat of the BMW 3 Series?

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

In order to remove the front seat of the BMW 3 Series, you must push it all the way back so that you can loosen the screws located at the front of the sliding rails. Then you will need to push the seat forward so that you can loosen the screws at the back of the sliding rails: once these are also loosened, you can disconnect the connector underneath the seat. This way you can remove the old seat and properly install the new one.
