The lambda sensor on a Cadillac CTS is located underneath the car, between the exhaust outlet and the fuel tank. Therefore, lift the vehicle to access the underside. Once the sensor is located, disconnect it from its housing to insert the new one. The new sensor must be properly connected to the terminals between the muffler and the tank; this way, you can start the car to check that everything functions correctly.
