Operation: How to make a personalized leather keychain for Cadillac Xts.

If you love your car very much, you can try creating this personalized keychain for your Cadillac Xts. You only need two small pieces of leather. Cut them slightly larger than the keychain and soak them in water. Meanwhile, wrap your remote control with transparent film. When the leather has softened, shape it around the remote, cut it to size, and hold it in place with office clips. Then, follow the contours of the device with a wooden stick. Use a sharp knife to trim the excess edges at the bottom. Use fine sandpaper to smooth the outside of the remote. Now, make a cardboard template of the Cadillac logo. Glue it in place on the keychain and cut the leather to fit. Finish it with sandpaper and black paint. Now, do the same with the back of the remote, where the buttons are. Cut two small parallel slits at the bottom of the case. Use a special tool or a large needle to make holes all around for stitching. Glue the two edges from the back for a better hold. Sew with a large needle and leather thread. Trim the excess edges. Sand well, paint the outer edges black, and apply glue to make it stick. You can put a tab or a ring in the slits. It's really a beautiful job.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
