If you need to replace the battery on this vehicle model because it is dead, the description below provides all the necessary instructions and information for a safe and correct replacement. After opening the hood, locate the battery on the right side under the windshield.

Then, remove the upper mounting bracket and disconnect the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal. Proceed to remove the battery from the compartment and replace it with the new one. Reattach the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal, and finally reposition and secure the mounting bracket screws.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
