How can the external rearview mirror of the Chevrolet Captiva be replaced?

Following an accidental impact, it is highly likely that the reflective part of the rearview mirror of any car will break, necessitating replacement. Fortunately, the job does not require many tools, as a plastic bodywork lever or alternatively a small flathead screwdriver can be used, and no specific manual experience is needed. That being said, everything becomes clear by watching the video tutorial, in which the aforementioned reflective part is unhooked from its plastic rear fasteners. The job is completed by disconnecting the electrical pins, also located at the rear.
