Remove the gear indicator on a Chevrolet Cruze? This operation is very easy; follow the disassembly steps. Position the gear knob vertically, then use a plastic lever to remove the trim cover above the centre console. Unscrew the securing screws of the trim that includes the gear indicator. Remove the gear indicator from the plastic cover and disconnect the electrical connector. Fit the gear indicator kit onto the plastic cover and then onto the centre console. Test the correct operation of the gear indicator (turn on the instrument panel).
