Replacing the External Mirror Cap on a Chevrolet Aveo

Model: Chevrolet Aveo MK 1, T200 - Years 2002-2011

Using a plastic lever or a small flat screwdriver, remove the cover on the A-pillar next to the window by prying in the gap. Unscrew the three bolts that are now exposed, which secure the cap to the bodywork. Once done, you can remove the cap along with the outer triangular cover by simply pulling and shaking it a bit. Now insert the new cap and, while holding it in place from the outside, screw in the three securing bolts, and finally reattach the cover. As you can see, this is a task that anyone can handle.
