It is not necessary to disassemble the headlight of a vehicle because it is broken, for example following an accident, you could also decide to replace it with a more stylish model, or treat it against fogging and so on. Regarding the Chevrolet Aveo, if you decide to do it yourself, the process is as follows: The bumper must be removed to reach the side locking pin of the headlight, then unscrew the pin and the two at the top. Once this is done, pull it outwards and once outside, disconnect the rear connector of the cables that power it electrically.
