To replace the interior handle on a Chevrolet Silverado, you need to remove the door panel corresponding to the handle being replaced. To do this, unscrew the screws located under the trim of the armrest and under the console.

Then, disconnect the connectors from the window switch and remove it, allowing you to completely detach the panel and access the components underneath. At this point, you can unscrew the screws that secure the handle mechanism, disconnect it from the cables, and replace it with a new one. After the replacement, reinstall all the components that were removed earlier.
