If you don't know how to replace the button battery in your new Chevrolet Equinox key, don't worry because below you will find all the necessary instructions. First, locate the small metal button on the side of the cover. Press it and simultaneously pull out the emergency key inserted in the cover. After that, open the cover to access the dead battery and proceed with the replacement. Once finished, just reattach the cover and test the key's functionality.
