You can program a new key for the Chevrolet Express without going to the dealership. This way, you can save costs and have a fully functional spare key. Here’s how to do it. Insert the unprogrammed key, turn it to the ON position, and wait for ten and a half minutes. Then, turn it to the OFF position and immediately back to ON for another ten and a half minutes. Do this one more time, then turn the ignition off and back on. At this point, the key should be programmed. To test it, try starting the engine.
