Chrysler Pt Cruiser - Video tutorial

Model: Chrysler Pt Cruiser MK 1 - Years 2000-2010
Part: Thermostat
Operation: Removing the thermostatic valve from the Crysler Pt Cruiser

Let's see how to remove the thermostatic valve from inside the engine compartment of the Pt Cruiser. Lift the front hood and identify the sleeve to be removed on the left. Unscrew the pins of the thermostat sleeve as shown in the video and (use a socket wrench with relative bushes) remove the sealing cap of the housing and extract the thermostat. We assemble the new piece in the dedicated housing and close it with the cap of the sleeve. We tighten the pins well and we're done. We start the engine and check the operation of the thermostatic valve. Top up the containment tray with coolant.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
