How to Replace the Air Filter on a Citroen C3

Today, you will learn how to independently replace the air filter on a Citroen C3 FN model. To perform this operation, open the front bonnet and proceed in the following order: - Disconnect the securing clamp of the intake pipe using a 7 mm socket and a ratchet; - Disconnect the flexible pipe from the ventilation system base from the air duct; - Unscrew the fastening bolts of the filter housing using a 10 mm socket; - Remove the housing; - Loosen the tightening screws from the filter cover with a star screwdriver; - Open the cover and remove the filter; - Insert the new filter and close the cover; - Tighten the screws and refit the housing; - Screw in the housing bolts; - Reconnect the flexible pipe; - Reconnect the intake pipe securing clamp; Finally, close the front bonnet and start the engine to check that the vehicle has no issues.
