When you try to turn on the fan in the cabin of your Citroen C3 and it doesn't work, the first thing to do is definitely to check that the fuse is intact, inside the fuse box. If this is okay, it is necessary to remove the fan and for this purpose here is a video that suggests how to do it: Behind the glove compartment of the dashboard, on the passenger side, we find the fan in question and to reach it, the entire mentioned compartment must be removed, trying to reach the left side where it is located.
