The AdBlue liquid tank on the Citroen C4 is located inside the trunk of the car; to refuel, we must therefore open the rear hood and remove the trunk carpet so that we can unscrew the cap and insert the pump inside. After refueling the liquid into the tank, we screw the cap back on, replace the carpet, and close the trunk.

Upon starting the car, we will immediately notice that the AdBlue light, related to the liquid, has been automatically reset. Refueling AdBlue liquid is a very simple operation, just locate the tank cap which is usually located next to the diesel cap.
