How to replace the spark plugs of the Citroën Berlingo

Replacing the spark plugs on a Citroen Berlingo mk2 vehicle is an operation that can be carried out independently thanks to the use of our short video tutorial. We open the front hood and remove the engine cover to access the spark plugs, using a socket screwdriver with a Torx insert of 25. We disconnect the electrical connector of each coil, pressing on the sides and lifting outwards. Using a socket wrench with extension and a 16 mm spark plug wrench, we unlock each spark plug and remove it, trying to remember their order. We insert the new spark plugs one by one and turn them a few times by hand before tightening the spark plug using the 16 mm spark plug wrench. We reconnect the connector of each coil and mount the engine cover.
