How to Change the Battery in the Key Fob of Your Citroen Xsara

How do you change the battery in the key fob of your Citroen Xsara? In this video, we will show you how: take your key fob and press the metal key release button (if present). Once the metal key is open, use a screwdriver to pry between the two ends of the plastic cover of the key fob (split the cover in two). Remove the worn battery and replace it with a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the key fob by pressing the two ends of the key cover until you hear it click into place. Check that it functions correctly.
