How to replace the battery in the Citroen C1?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the battery in the Citroen C1, an extremely simple and fast operation. First of all, make sure that the key is not inserted, in order to work safely, then open the hood and locate the battery. Then loosen the fixing nuts of the power terminals with a 10mm socket wrench, disconnecting both starting from the negative terminal, and unscrew the bolt of the lower bracket with a 13mm socket wrench. At this point, all that remains is to remove the battery from the housing, insert the replacement and reassemble everything.

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through.
