How to disassemble the airbag and steering wheel of the Citroen Berlingo

Today we will explain how to remove the airbag and steering wheel from a Citroen Berlingo vehicle. To perform this operation, we need to use a flat-tip screwdriver long enough to be able to act as an internal lever of the steering wheel. We then insert the screwdriver into the side hole of the steering wheel to actuate the lever and release the central body containing the airbag. Disconnect the connector and using an adjustable wrench, unscrew the central nut to remove the steering wheel from its seat. Once the necessary checks, maintenance or replacement of the airbag itself have been carried out, we can proceed with the assembly following the reverse procedure.
