How to Change the Key Fob Battery on a Citroen C5 Aircross

To replace the battery in the key fob of a Citroen C5 Aircross, take the fob and locate the slot along the edge of the casing. Insert a small flat screwdriver into the slot and gently pry apart the two halves of the shell. Once open, locate the battery inside the compartment. Remove the old battery and insert a new one of the same type, ensuring correct polarity. After placing the new battery, close the fob by pressing the two halves together until they click. Press a button to check that the fob works correctly.
