Fuel Filter Replacement on Citroen C3 Aircross

The fuel filter on this version of the Citroen C3 is an inline type located just at the outlet of the tank, under the vehicle's floor, near the right rear wheel (passenger side). The unique feature of this filter is that it is installed vertically, and the inlet and outlet pipes are secured with a quick-connect joint that requires both safety clips to be pressed simultaneously for disconnection. There is a specific tool for this, or you can make one by attaching two pins to a pair of pliers.
