Let's see how to replace the battery on the Citroen C4 Cactus: open the bonnet and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, moving the clamp away from the terminal; then disconnect the positive terminal. The battery is secured by an upper anchoring system: pull the lever upwards and push the side tab upwards. Once both locks are released, pull the fastening towards you to free the old battery. Lift the battery carefully, without tilting it too much. Position the new battery in the same orientation as the old one, insert the anchoring support, and push it into place until you hear a "click". Reconnect the terminals: first the positive terminal, then the negative.
