How to Replace the Key Fob Battery on Citroen C1

Are you locked out of your car and the remote isn't working? Let's see how to disassemble the remote and replace the battery. Take your remote and unscrew the screw on the plastic cover. Once removed, use a lever to separate the two halves of the cover as shown in the video. Remove the worn battery from the housing (after separating the two halves of the cover), and take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the two plastic halves of the remote cover; screw the metal screw back into the remote cover. Check if the remote works by pressing the buttons.
