How to replace the battery in a Citroen C3 key? Follow this guide to perform the replacement effectively. Take your ignition key and use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw located in it. Pry between the two plastic halves until they separate; remove the dead battery with a screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the two parts of the key fob cover until you hear them click into place. Check the proper functioning of the key fob by testing the door lock and unlock buttons.
