Is the windscreen washer fluid empty? Learn how to refill the windscreen washer fluid on a Citroen C3 Picasso. Pull the plastic lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, lift the front bonnet and secure it with the metal stay. Remove the cap, pour the washer fluid using a funnel and replace the cap on the reservoir. Close the bonnet after maintenance. Test the correct operation of the windscreen wipers by starting the engine and using the control levers. Clean the area under the windscreen if dirty.
