Replacing the Battery on a Citroen C5 2.2 HDi

First, lift the bonnet and use a socket spanner with an extension to unscrew the bolt of the bracket located at the bottom. Now disconnect the two battery terminals (positive and negative): you can then extract it and replace it with a new one. Remember to install the new battery with the correct amperage suitable for your car. For reassembly, simply insert the new battery, connect the terminals to the posts, and reattach the support bracket bolt!
