Citroen C3 - Video tutorial

Model: Citroen C3 SC - Years 2009-2016
Part: Fuel pump
Operation: Replace the float pump on Citroen C3

In this video tutorial you can see how you can replace the float on a Citroen C3 by following a few simple steps. First you have to put your car in safety with the handbrake on, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery to be able to work safely. At this point we have to remove the rear seats as under them you will find the floating pump. Once the seats have been removed, using a chisel and hammer as shown in the video, you have to unscrew the screw that holds the float pump in place. Then take some paper towels to blot up any surrounding liquid spills. Disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation pipes. Remove the float pump from its seat and replace the float pump with a new and functioning one of the same size and model.
