Replacing the fuel sender unit on a Citroen C3

First, secure your car with the handbrake applied, open the bonnet, and disconnect the battery to work safely. Next, remove the rear seats as the fuel sender unit is located underneath them. Once the seats are removed, using a chisel and hammer as shown in the video, unscrew the screw that holds the fuel sender unit in place. Then, take some absorbent paper to dry any surrounding fluid leaks. Disconnect the power connectors and the fluid circulation pipes. Extract the fuel sender unit from its housing and replace it with a new, functioning unit of the same size and model.
