How to Change the Key Battery of My Citroen C4 Picasso?

If the remote control of your Citroen C4 is not working anymore, it may be that the battery is flat or damaged. To replace it, open the cover plastics of the key to access the battery. Specifically, take the C4 key remote and press the button to release the metal key. Find the precise point to lever off the cover. Hold the key remote with one hand, and with the other, insert a trim tool at the side of the cover where the metal key sits. Apply leverage until you detach the plastic cap covering the back of the key. Here you will find the battery to replace, which is a flat CR 2032 3V type. Now remove the flat battery with a mini screwdriver and place the new CR 2032 3V battery (preferably of high quality for longer life). Finally, close the remote key with the cover cap (press until it locks into the plastic) and press the plastics after positioning them perfectly. To ensure everything has been done correctly, test the remote by opening and closing the car doors.
