Operation: How to refill the wax tank in the Citroen C5

In this tutorial we will see how to fill the tank with the wax, necessary to trap the particulates in the FAP; topping up is necessary when the error message appears. The tank is located on the left side of the car, near the rear axle and to the left of the exhaust system. To access it is necessary to remove a plastic protection. Once discovered, with pliers you go to detach the quick coupling tube connected to the small tank. With the new product package, which also includes the hose with tap and the fitting, the hose fixed to the car is connected and the product flows out by gravity. Once the topping up is complete, reposition the hose, clean any traces of product that have leaked with a spray detergent and refit the plastic underbody protection.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport
