How to Remove the Dashboard in 5 Minutes

Need to replace the radio? Replace the console lighting? This guide shows you how to remove the central part of the dashboard in a few simple steps.
Remove the knob that controls the airflow in the cabin, located at the centre bottom just above the fan symbol, then undo the screw underneath it. Grasp the entire unit that houses the radio and climate control, and now that it is free, pull it towards you.
Once the entire unit is removed, disconnect the radio cables and the antenna lead. At this point, the section is free, and you can proceed with replacing the radio or restoring the lighting of the climate control buttons.
