To replace the gear shift cables on the vehicle, follow this tutorial and refer to the video. First, lift the vehicle on a ramp, remove the gaiter from the gear lever located on the centre tunnel, and locate the cable connections.

Move under the vehicle and identify the two cables that exit the chassis to reach the gearbox. Disconnect and detach the cables from the gearbox.

Return to the cabin and start pulling the gear cables towards you to detach the cable pass-through from the cabin to the underbody, and proceed to completely remove them. Then, pass the new cables through the pass-through and attach them to the gearbox and the lever.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
