In this guide, discover the main instructions to dismantle and replace the clutch discs of the Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.6 HDI. First, open the bonnet of your car and start dismantling the engine mount by unscrewing the fastening nuts, lifting the engine from below with a jack; then remove the front wheel and also disconnect the driveshaft, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the various pipes, unscrewing the screws of the gearbox casing to access the clutch assembly; replace it with the new one, following the tutorial video to the end!
