After removing the cylinder head, it is advisable to use a new set of pins to reattach it to the block; but before doing so, re-tap the threads of the fixing holes with a tap to remove any burrs or thread-locking residue: during this operation, avoid allowing any shavings to fall into the cylinders.

Before inserting the new pins, apply copper grease to the bottom of the threads and just below the head, and tighten them following a cross pattern using a torque wrench and a calibrated wrench to ensure perfect and uniform adherence of the gasket to the surfaces.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
