To replace the timing belt on the Citroën C5, first, remove the bolts securing the front right wheel of the car so that it can be taken off along with the inner wheel arch cover. This will allow access to the components inside: specifically, you will need to unscrew the central pin of the pulleys on the side of the engine, around which the timing belt is located. This belt must be removed from its housing so that it can be replaced with a new spare part; additionally, all removed parts can be reinstalled.
