To replace the battery on this vehicle yourself, follow the instructions in this description and refer to the images in the video. First, open the bonnet and locate the battery box on the right side.

Disconnect the negative terminal first and remove the battery cover, then unbolt the positive terminal. Use a socket spanner to remove the securing bolts at the base of the battery.

Pull the battery out of its compartment and position the new one, then reattach the securing plate at the base and reconnect the positive terminal first, followed by the negative.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
