How to Change the Spark Plugs on a Citroen C3

To change the spark plugs on your Citroen C3, start by opening the bonnet. First, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery for safety. Then, remove the cover above the spark plugs on the right side of the engine. Remove the intake duct by pressing on the yellow part of each clip. Remove the coil data using a 10 mm socket. Disconnect the electrical supply to the coil, which you can now remove. Use a long socket with a 14 mm spark plug insert; change them one at a time to avoid dropping dirt into the engine. Insert the new spark plug into its socket and screw it in gently. Be careful not to drop it, as it would be difficult to retrieve. Start by hand-tightening, then finish with the socket. Repeat for the other spark plugs, then reinstall the coil. Reattach the securing bolts, first by hand and then with the socket. Reconnect the intake duct and reassemble the rubber cover. Task completed.
