In this video, you will see how to update the firmware of the Citroen Berlingo, but the system is valid for all vehicles in the PSA group. The first thing to do is download the My Citroen app, where - by entering the chassis number - you can find specific updates for your vehicle. By sending the update to your email, you will also receive detailed instructions for performing the update, along with a link to a program (Citroen Update) that will handle most of the operations automatically. Now, obtain a USB stick of at least 16 GB, which will be formatted automatically. Read the instructions for the update. It is important to keep the engine running during the update: insert the USB stick; this may take some time. You can drive if you wish, but not all functionalities can be used. At the end, the system will restart, and you will need to give a series of consents and re-pair the Bluetooth. Also, reconfigure Android Auto.
